We serve a wide range of industries including fashion, lifestyle, golf, fishing, surfing, and the outdoors - just to name a few. Whether it be a corporate business looking to design a give-away for their employees and clients or an apparel brand bringing dozens of unique items to market in a given season, we work with each of our customers to design and produce the absolute best quality product matched with the highest level of service. Our customers are some of the most creative and exciting brands in the world, and our range of manufacturing capabilities allows them to push the boundaries and bring product to market that truly embodies who they are.

Positions Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to support product design and development, helping bring new headwear ideas to life
  • Prepare, update, and manage all documentation (tech packs) - including materials, specs, trims, and artwork details - needed for accurate sampling and production
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with customers throughout the development process, ensuring expectations are aligned and projects stay on track
  • Coordinate and support daily communication with our factories, troubleshooting issues and keeping production running smoothly
  • Maintain our internal systems and data with accuracy and consistency

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in apparel, design, and/or product development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the apparel or accessories industry
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator (preferred) and Photoshop (a plus)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range $70,000 - 85,000
  • Eligibility for a performance-based bonus
  • Health insurance with HSA options
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid holidays and flexible PTO
  • Opportunities for work-related travel
  • A small, tight-knit team where your voice is heard and your work has a real impact
  • A creative environment where collaboration, autonomy, and ownership are part of everyday life
