Job description

Are you an experienced financial professional looking for a full-time work-from-home position?

Apparatus Contractor Services, LLC (www.ApparatusTeam.com) is an established digital bookkeeping service company that specializes in providing bookkeeping and virtual CFO services exclusively to construction industry clients in the US. We are seeking an Associate to join our Operations Team.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday approximately 8 to 5. You’ll be working from your own home office on your local time zone (US Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific). We are based in Portland Oregon, but you can be based anywhere.

You'll work with a defined group of our exclusively construction industry clients providing full-service precision bookkeeping to help them understand their books and grow their companies. You'll also be providing virtual CFO services...helping your clients understand the direction of their company, the options they face, and how to improve their profitability and overall success. If you enjoy problem solving, teaching, coaching, and generally being a rock-star hero to clients who depend on your expertise, this is the position for you!

Position Requirements:

  • You must have a four-year degree in accounting and must be ProAdvisor Certified with Quickbooks® Online®.
  • You must have excellent customer-facing communication skills.
  • You must be proficient in Dropbox®, Zoom®, Google Drive, and the full Microsoft Suite®.
  • You must have a fully-functioning home office with computer, scanner, and Zoom® capability.
  • You must be comfortable coaching, supporting, teaching, and managing clients through a period of confusion and stress.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
