At IT Labs, we are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to support one of the most innovative companies in the digital health space.

Our client is transforming the way healthcare is delivered, paid for, and experienced. They operate a technology-driven platform connecting employers and patients with top-tier medical providers. Backed by significant venture funding and recognized by leading research and academic institutions, they are scaling their cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure to support continued growth — and they need strong engineering talent to help them get there.

In this role, you will build and manage cloud infrastructure, implement CI/CD pipelines, maintain containerized environments, and ensure platform reliability, security, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with development, data, and QA teams to streamline delivery and maintain operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Manage secrets, configurations, and sensitive data using AWS Secrets Manager and Azure Key Vault

  • Implement and monitor HIPAA-compliant cloud architectures and ensure data protection standards

  • Integrate with data platforms like Snowflake, ensuring secure and scalable deployments

  • Work with Salesforce Tableau and related BI systems for operational monitoring or data visualization

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline application delivery and environment parity

  • Create and maintain technical documentation covering infrastructure, CI/CD, security, compliance, monitoring, and incident response

Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, Athena, Secrets Manager, WAF, Redis, Glue, AWS Landing Zone

  • Security awareness — zero-trust principles, Zscaler or similar

  • Familiarity with Snowflake deployments

  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Salesforce Tableau

  • Background in healthcare or regulated industries

  • Experience in both onshore and offshore team collaboration models

Working Conditions
