What Youโ€™ll Do
In this role, youโ€™ll oversee the operational and financial performance of five small apartment communities managed from one central office. Youโ€™ll lead on-site teams, drive occupancy and resident satisfaction, and ensure each property operates efficiently and profitably.
Youโ€™ll take ownership of:
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of five scattered-site residential communities.
  • Preparing, monitoring, and managing separate budgets for each property.
  • Overseeing rent collections, delinquency management, and lease compliance.
  • Approving leases, renewals, and resident documentation.
  • Evaluating market conditions and recommending pricing and concession strategies.
  • Reviewing invoices, controlling expenses, and managing vendor contracts.
  • Conducting regular property walks and inspections to ensure excellent curb appeal.
  • Overseeing maintenance operations and capital improvement projects.
  • Resolving escalated resident concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising leasing and maintenance staff.
  • Creating a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.

What You Bring
  • At least 3 years of property management experience, preferably overseeing multiple communities.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collections.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Experience with leasing, resident retention, and customer service.
  • Understanding of Fair Housing laws and property management regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
