Join Our Team: Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants Wanted in Raleigh, NC

Career Strategies is currently seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to join our team in the Raleigh/Durham area. If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and have a proven track record in leasing, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview: As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as an essential ambassador between our residents, prospective tenants, and the management team. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere within our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with visitors, residents, potential tenants, and internal team members
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism
  • Schedule property tours and appointments
  • Showcase and highlight the community’s best features to prospective tenants
  • Process application fees, deposits, and rent payments
  • Submit applications for approval and prepare leasing documents
  • Conduct follow-up communications with prospective residents after tours or application submissions
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor traffic, leasing status, and community feedback
  • Prepare and submit service requests as needed
  • Manage move-in/move-out procedures, including inspections and notices
  • Coordinate and plan community events to engage residents
  • Offer refreshments and provide new residents with welcome packets and gifts

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
