Fairmont Management Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a beautifully upgraded garden-style apartment community in Anaheim, conveniently located near the 91 and 5 freeways.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a property that has undergone significant improvements, including extensive interior apartment renovations and major exterior building upgrades. About the Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance operations for the community, including work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turns, vendor coordination, and property upkeep.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent time management, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands. You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure unit turns stay on schedule, work orders are completed efficiently, vendors are properly managed, and the property remains in top-tier condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily maintenance operations and workflow
  • Manage unit turns, scheduling, and renovation coordination
  • Prioritize and complete resident work orders efficiently
  • Schedule and supervise vendors and contractors
  • Evaluate vendor recommendations and proposed repairs
  • Perform repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules
  • Ensure excellent curb appeal, cleanliness, and property safety
  • Coordinate closely with the Community Manager on operational priorities
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
  • Maintain inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years apartment maintenance supervisor experience preferred
  • Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry skills
  • Experience managing vendors and maintenance schedules
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
