Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturdays as needed
Responsibilities:
-Assists with posting, collecting, tracking, and managing delinquency of rental and other income
-Assists with processing invoices generated by the property
-Attempts to collect "bad debt" prior to write offs
-Works with Property Manager on property financial operation reporting
-Helps with evictions related to no rent payments
-Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
-Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
-Assist property team with marketing efforts
-Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
-Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents
What We Need From You:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-1+ years of experience in multifamily housing industry
-1+ years experience in bookkeeping or equivalent
-Yardi and CRMiQ experience a plus
-Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional organizational skills
