Responsibilities: (included, but are not limited to)
  • Prepare vacant apartments for move in
  • Sweeps sidewalks and keeps them clean and clear of debris and hazards.
  • Keeps all exterior areas of the property clean and free of all debris by picking up trash and cigarette butts
  • Keeps all dumpster areas clean and presentable.
  • Ensures that all exterior lighting is operable, changes bulbs when needed
  • Clears all vacant apartments of any debris, trash or any other items left behind by previous resident(s) before the apartment being made-ready.
  • Review the make-ready board and follows through on direction from the manager to determine action to be taken on vacant apartments
  • Meet all make ready turn timelines
  • Completes all required checks and ensures logs are kept up-to-date.
  • Completes landscaping duties as assigned.
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ months of grounds keeping, pool service, or cleaning experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to achieve results individually
  • Enjoys outdoor work
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

• Se prefiere experiencia de 3+ meses en mantenimiento de jardines, servicio de piscina o limpieza.
• Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente, pero no es obligatorio.
• Gran atención al detalle.
• Autodirigido y capaz de lograr resultados individualmente.
• Disfruta del trabajo al aire libre.
• Conocimientos básicos de fontanería, electricidad y carpintería.
• Conocimiento de regulaciones de Vivienda Justa.
