The Commercial Programs Manager - APAC is responsible for leading customer opportunities from qualification through production launch while serving as the primary commercial liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. The role supports customer opportunities and commercial programs throughout the APAC region, ensuring successful commercialization, execution, and long-term customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer opportunities from RFQ through production launch
• Coordinate customer communications and commercial program activities
• Support costing development, quotation preparation, and opportunity conversion
• Drive program execution through coordination with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams
• Manage project timing, deliverables, risks, and escalation activities
• Support forecasting, opportunity qualification, and business planning initiatives
• Lead launch readiness reviews and implementation activities
• Support product transfer, manufacturing relocation, and strategic implementation initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
