About the Role:
Join Waxing The City and  NOVA AP Holdings LLC as an Assistant Manager/Cerologist at our New Caney, TX location! This dynamic role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about leadership and customer service, helping to drive our team to success.
Responsibilities: (Not Limited To)
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
  • Handle cash management and financial reporting accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles/ as an Esthetician
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
