Position Summary
As a Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach (FC) at Anytime Fitness, your mission is to help members "get to a healthier place." You'll design and lead safe, effective, and engaging exercise programs for a wide range of participants while fostering positive lifestyle changes that create sustainable, long-term results.
Our ideal coach is passionate, energetic, and driven to help people become the best version of themselves. You'll work with members through:
  • Fitness consultations and assessments
  • 1-on-1 personal training
  • Semi-private and group training
  • Virtual coaching sessions

Beyond training sessions, you'll provide guidance, accountability, and motivation to help each member succeed. You'll also play a key role in member retention, sales support, and community engagement, ensuring every person who walks through our doors experiences a "surprisingly personable" level of service.

Qualifications
  • Certified Personal Trainer credential from one of the following organizations:

NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFAA, ACE, or ISSA
- OR - a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

Compensation & Benefits
Earning Potential: $40,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
