  • Advise senior leadership on programmatic and technical AT strategies, including verification and validation approaches
  • Coordinate across Anti-Tamper Service Leads (ATSLs), Program Offices, and industry partners to ensure alignment and execution
  • Represent SAF/AQL in Anti-Tamper Steering Groups (ATSGs), summits, and cross-functional engagements
  • Develop high-quality briefings, decision papers, and recommendations for senior stakeholders

What You'll Work On

  • Shaping Anti-Tamper policy updates and frameworks in response to evolving threats
  • Supporting exportability and program protection strategies for advanced systems
  • Collaborating with major defense industry partners (e.g., Raytheon and others) on AT implementation challenges
  • Driving improvements to Verification & Validation (V&V) processes for Anti-Tamper systems

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • Active TS clearance (SCI eligibility required)
  • Experience as a Pentagon staff officer or equivalent headquarters role
  • Strong familiarity with acquisition processes and Program Protection
  • Experience with Anti-Tamper, export controls, or Critical Program Information (CPI)
  • Ability to work 100% on-site at JBAB
  • Understanding of new USAF Acquisition Reform and Exportability with regard to Anti-Tamper.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting SAF/AQL or similar Air Force acquisition organizations
  • Background in systems engineering, advanced weapons systems, or program protection planning
  • Experience engaging with senior leaders and cross-service stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic guidance
