The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse - RN/LPN PRN

What You Will Do

  • Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans

  • Administer appropriate wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and wound irrigation

  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing

  • Educate patients and their families on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies

  • Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely

  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

  • Duties as assigned

What You Must Have

  • Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

  • Experience as a Wound Care Nurse or in a similar role
