Description:

HTL is searching for qualified candidates interested in a Project Engineering position focused on development of Direction Finding Antenna products. HTL DF antenna product developments include both internally funded catalog products and contract-driven DF capability integrations on government ground and airborne platforms. HTL has a dedicated electromagnetics analyst on staff to support the role of this position. We also have dedicated SW and processing tool suites for DF calibrations and performance predictions so this individual will be stepping into and leading an already mature DF product development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • System design, deriving and allocating requirements to sub systems and components.
  • Project Engineering responsibilities include technical leadership/mentorship of junior engineers and leading the multidisciplinary project team.
  • Candidate will work directly with Program Management and external customers to develop cost and schedule estimates, staffing plans, status reports, etc.
  • Develop system diagrams, system data sheets, component specifications, test plans, and provide input to userโ€™s manuals.
  • Support building and testing prototype systems, HW and SW integration, and field testing.
  • Support transition to production including generation of module and system test procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Masterโ€™s Degree Preferred.
  • Relevant industry experience in high technology electronics development is a must including antennas, transceivers, DSP/FPGA technology and the associated productization of new technology.
  • Experience with military ground and airborne environments is an advantage.

New and recent graduates are also asked to send an unofficial transcript.
