Job description

Customer Service Representative Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Balance the daily business for the store including cash and check deposits and reports verifying amounts.
  • Transaction Management: Process all sales invoices, repair invoices and customer layaway and special orders.
  • Customer FollowUp: Followup on repair invoices for vendor pricing, customer pricing and customer delivery dates. Coordinate customers pick up repairs, special orders and layaways.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in resolution of customer issues as they arise.
  • Showroom Assistance: Assist in the showroom with customers as needed and keep the showroom presentable at all times.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and process customer credit applications, maintain daily transaction logs, and assist with answering phones.
  • Sales Support: Provide support for the sales team by calling customers and stocking inventory when new merchandise arrives.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with complimentary jewelry cleaning, gift wrapping, and any other related duties or special projects as assigned or requested.
