Are you a master of conversation with a passion for helping others? Map Communications is seeking vibrant, Bilingual Inbound Call Center Agents to join our team! We don't just fill seats; we find the right people to be the empathetic voice callers deserve. You will handle a high-volume of inbound calls with grace and precision using our state-of-the-art technology. We are a 100% inbound environment so there is no cold calling or hard sales. This is an in-office position at our office in Edinburg, TX.

What You Bring:

  • Professional master of both Spanish and English
  • A welcoming, upbeat done and a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong PC literacy (Windows) and a typing speed of 35+ WPM
