Required

  • Active resident Life Insurance License in good standing
  • Ability to pass carrier appointment and background screening
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to serving clients with integrity and professionalism

Preferred

  • One or more years of experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services
  • Experience conducting virtual appointments
  • Background in consultative or needs-based sales
  • Interest in retirement income planning and tax-efficient wealth strategies

Compensation

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position.
