Job description

Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Tabs agents automate the entire contract-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting, to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow.
High-growth companies like Cursor and Statsig rely on Tabs to generate invoices directly from contracts, reconcile payments in real time, and automate ASC 606 compliance.
Founded in 2023, Tabs has raised over $91 million from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary. The team is headquartered in New York and brings deep expertise in finance and AI.
About the Role
The Jr. Designer will shape how our brand shows up across every touchpoint from how we announce a new product feature to how we show up in a sales pitch.
We're looking for an early career designer who's sharp on fundamentals and excited to help build a design system that scales. You'll work directly with our lead designer across a wide range of work: social assets, product launch campaigns, slide decks, one-pagers, short-form video, and more.
What You'll Do
  • Design across a wide range of formats. From a competitive battle card to an all-hands deck to a partner event one-pager, you'll design across contexts and adapt quickly to what each piece needs.
  • Help build the systems that scale. Contribute reusable, on-brand templates and grab-and-go assets (social graphics, slide layouts, one-pagers, email headers) that teammates across sales, marketing, and partnerships can use without coming to design every time.
  • Create social-first video content. Produce short form videos for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok (applying lightweight motion treatments, text animations, product clips) that feel native to the feed and true to our brand.
  • Own your work end-to-end. Manage your own queue, communicate proactively on timelines, and deliver production-ready files that are organized, versioned, and ready to hand off.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams. Build trust with stakeholders across the company by delivering timely and high quality assets, while

Who You Are
  • Have 2-3 years of design experience (in-house, agency, or freelance) - internships count
  • Have a portfolio that shows clean execution across digital and print formats (social assets, slides, one-pagers, or similar)
  • Are fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Have created social video content or simple motion work (even self-initiated) and can speak to your process
  • Move fast without sacrificing craft; you understand the difference between "good enough for internal" and "this is going to a prospect"
  • Are comfortable with fast-paced work and can communicate proactively with stakeholders when you need support or further input from a brief

Bonus points for:
  • Experience with After Effects, Premiere, Jitter.io or CapCut for social-first video editing and lightweight motion
  • An eye for social content trends and what actually performs
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or fintech brand contexts

Additional Information
This role is based in New York City with 4 days a week in-office at our Soho office.
Perks and Benefits (Full-time Employees)
  • Competitive compensation and equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Up to 100% employer covered monthly healthcare premium (medical, dental, vision)
  • Lunch provided via Sharebite, plus dinner for any later in office days.
  • Parental leave up to 12 weeks
  • Tax free commuter and parking benefits
  • Voluntary insurances (Life, Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)
  • Employee Assistance Program (Rightway)
  • Free One Medical Membership
  • 401k
