Position Overview STI-TEC/Sentir Research Labs is seeking a talented Multimedia/E-Learning Specialist to join our creative team supporting government training and educational content development with opportunity to work on mission-focused training products for AFRL and USAFSAM, use modern creative tools (including AI-assisted workflows), and build engaging content that supports national defense. This role blends strong instructional design sensibilities with high-level graphic design and motion graphics production to create engaging, effective e-learning experiences for federal clients including AFRL and USAFSAM. The ideal candidate is a versatile creative professional who can take a learning objective from concept to polished, interactive final product combining clean visual design, animation, and instructional best practices into cohesive training modules. Essential Job Function * Design and develop e-learning courses and training modules using industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) in compliance with SCORM and Section 508 accessibility standards * Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets to support instructional content, ensuring a polished and professional look across all deliverables * Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and program stakeholders to translate technical and procedural content into clear, visually engaging learning materials * Develop motion graphics, animated sequences, and visual explainers to enhance learner engagement and retention * Maintain visual consistency and branding standards across training products and government client deliverables * Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-paced contractor environment * Stay current with e-learning design trends, tools, and accessibility requirements Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in electronic media, Video Broadcast, or a related field * Five years of professional experience in multimedia design, e-learning development, or a closely related visual communications field * Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design ability composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling * Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar) * Working knowledge of SCORM packaging and Section 508/accessibility compliance standards * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Captivate, CS6) * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with instructional designers, SMEs, and government stakeholders Desired Qualifications * Active or eligible for a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required) * Experience with video compositing and post-production workflows (After Effects compositing, color correction, multi-layer scene assembly) * Videography skills, including camera operation, lighting, and on-location shooting for training content * Familiarity with AI-assisted content generation tools for stills and video production * Prior experience supporting DoD, Air Force, or other federal government training programs * Experience with 3D animation or motion design pipelines STI-TEC offers a competitive benefits package including: * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Life insurance * Short term/long term disability coverage * Retirement savings - 401(k) * Paid time off (PTO) * Holiday leave * Alternate work schedules (depending on work site) * Flexible spending account options Whether you're an experienced professional, a veteran, a former military or civilian federal employee, or a recent graduate, STI-TEC has a career opportunity for you.
