Job description

Nature du travail et responsabilités générales

L’animateur en pédagogie culturelle et construction identitaire sera membre d’une équipe d’animation culturelle. Il travaille en collaboration avec les directions d’école et le personnel enseignant dans le but de développer une programmation qui favorise le développement de la fierté et de l’identité culturelle de chaque élève.

Le candidat sera notamment appelé à :

  • En collaboration, planifier, concevoir et élaborer des programmes, activités et services culturels qui correspondent aux plans de travail;
  • Accroitre les occasions pour les jeunes d’organiser, coordonner et participer à des évènements rassembleurs;
  • Évaluer les besoins d’activités du milieu en consultant les élèves, les intervenantes et intervenants scolaires et les partenaires impliqués et identifier les disponibilités du réseau;
  • Assurer un accompagnement et un encadrement en matière de construction identitaire à l’ensemble du personnel des écoles;
  • Élaborer et/ou diffuser des ressources qui outillent les élèves et le personnel des écoles relativement à la construction identitaire;
  • Collaborer et participer avec le personnel enseignant à l’organisation et la réalisation d’activités associées aux cours offerts aux élèves : compétitions sportives, voyages-échanges, théâtre et autres;
  • Participer à la promotion et au développement des activités culturelles ou d'événements culturels auprès de la communauté;
  • Assurer la liaison des activités culturelles entre les organismes communautaires francophones et le conseil scolaire;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les chefs de file de chacune des écoles pour soutenir le développement de la construction identitaire;
  • Animer des groupes dans le cadre de différentes activités sociales ou culturelles;
  • Sensibiliser les gens à la diversité sociale et culturelle;
  • Faciliter la tenue d’événements rassembleurs et soutenir l’organisation d’activités thématiques;
  • Animer différents groupes étudiants;
  • Recruter, superviser et coordonner du personnel et des bénévoles associés à la réalisation et la bonne marche des activités;
  • Développer et maintenir des liens avec des groupes ou organismes partenaires afin d’assurer la complémentarité des activités pédagogiques et parascolaires;
  • Évaluer l’intérêt et les répercussions des activités et y apporter des modifications au besoin.
Exigences du poste
  • Détenir un diplôme d’étude collégial ou universitaire dans le domaine de l’animation culturelle ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Avoir des connaissances et de l’expérience en construction identitaire francophone;
  • Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes en communication et en gestion;
  • Faire preuve de leadeurship;
  • Avoir un sens élevé de l’organisation;
  • Avoir la capacité de travailler aussi bien seul qu’en équipe;
  • Savoir faire preuve d'initiative, de curiosité, de créativité et posséder de solides habiletés en résolution de problèmes;
  • Savoir s’adapter à un environnement en constante évolution afin de pouvoir prioriser et gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, tout en respectant des délais, et ce, même sous pression;
  • Avoir une attitude positive, dynamique, rassembleuse, responsable et autonome;
  • Avoir des connaissances en technologie;
  • Détenir une excellente maitrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
  • Reconnaitre et apprécier la diversité des apprenants;
  • Posséder un véhicule et être disposé à se déplacer régulièrement sur le territoire du Conseil.
  • Détenir une vérification des antécédents judiciaires avec secteur vulnérable valide.
