Position Overview:

Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, the Graphic Designer (Digital & Social Media) will be responsible for the design and production of digital advertising for The Brick Group. We are looking for an individual who has experience with motion graphics and producing a great user experience for the customer online.


  • Design and produce still and 2D motion graphics for web-based purposes
  • Work closely with your manager and other team members in the capacities of concept development, style research, layout and design
  • Complete assigned projects in a timely manner to meet deadline requirements
  • Prepare proofs for approval
  • Edit and prepare vendor supplied content
  • Production of other advertising materials as required
  • Delegate tasks and work closely with junior members of the team.

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the design and production of digital media with a focus on motion graphics, with a good understanding of the user experience of social media (paid and organic) and digital advertisements
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Familiarity with Google Display Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Working knowledge of a Mac based environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with various departments and team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Ability to effectively organize work responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Adapt to frequent project changes
  • This position is non-remote
