The Founding AI Engineer will be responsible for building and optimizing AI systems for generating high-quality animations, collaborating with motion designers to inform AI training data, and continuously improving animation quality through feedback loops.
Responsibilities:

โ€ข Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks to assess animation quality, combining automated metrics with expert validation from motion designers
โ€ข Partner with motion designers and marketers to translate professional design knowledge into AI training data and evaluation criteria
โ€ข Design and implement fine-tuning pipelines that teach Hera domain-specific animation styles and brand guidelines
