Tombras, a 600+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Associate Producer.
You'll be joining one of the top independent agencies in North America. The Associate Producer is responsible for managing the production, digital, social, activations, audio, stills, testing materials, and merchandise from concept through final delivery. In this role, you will work closely with Creative, Account Management, Business Affairs, and Tombras Studios along with external production partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest creative standard.
The goal being for the individual is to independently produce smaller-scale projects while supporting senior producers on larger, more complex productions.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage productions from kickoff through final delivery
  • Create production schedules
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors throughout the production process
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agency, client, and technical specifications
  • Prepare production estimates and budgets
  • Track production costs throughout each project
  • Review vendor bids and negotiate competitive pricing
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, and financial closeout
  • Source partners and talent, directors, photographers, editors, VFX artists, animators, music houses, post-production facilities, and freelance crew, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with production partners
  • Coordinate contracts and scopes in partnership with Business Affairs
  • Manage post-production through delivery
  • Coordinate editing, color, sound design, music licensing, animation, VFX, finishing, and final delivery
  • Be able work in very small nimble crews to create content

What you bring:
  • 2-3+ years of production experience in an advertising agency, production company, or related environment
  • Experience doing digital, social, branded content production, live activations
  • Working knowledge of Hi-fi Video, digital, social, print, photography, radio, and post-production workflows
  • Understanding of production budgeting and estimating
  • Familiarity with talent contracts, licensing, usage rights, and production legalities is a plus
  • Organized
