The company is a global pioneer of AESA tactical radars for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.

DRS RADA Technologies is seeking a Digital Marketing & Creative Content Specialist to support the company's digital marketing and creative production efforts across product marketing, brand visibility, recruiting, tradeshows, campaign execution, and website updates.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for developing high-quality digital and visual content that supports DRS RADA's products, mission, and brand. The ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with experience translating complex technical topics into clear, modern communications for defense and government audiences.
This role is intended for a creative and digitally fluent marketing professional who can take strategic direction and independently develop polished, mission-aligned content and assets for defense, aerospace, and government audiences.
Job Responsibilities
Graphic Design and Creative Production
  • Create and maintain visual content for website pages, datasheets, social platforms, and presentations.
  • Support product launches and strategic announcements through creative asset development.
  • Support execution of digital marketing initiatives across websites, social media, recruiting, product campaigns, media support, and event promotion.
  • Design content for social media channels, including static graphics, animated posts, launch announcements, short-form motion assets, photography, and event-related content.
  • Support the Marketing Director in maintaining a consistent digital presence that reflects DRS RADA's products, mission, and brand.
  • Support day-to-day digital marketing activities that improve awareness, visibility, and consistency across DRS RADA's external presence.

Motion Graphics, Animation, Video, and Photography Support
  • Develop motion graphics, animated digital assets, and short-form visual content to support launches, social campaigns, tradeshow promotion, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Capture and edit photography for marketing use, including event coverage, product imagery, employee/workplace content, and supporting brand visuals.
  • Support visual storytelling through both still photography and multimedia content that strengthens DRS RADA's digital presence and campaign materials

Job Responsibilities Part II
Product Launch and Campaign Support
  • Support launch planning and execution for new products, datasheets, campaign initiatives, and strategic announcements.
  • Develop coordinated creative and content packages for product launches, including web visuals, social content, teaser assets, presentations, and supporting graphics.
  • Help build launch-ready digital assets that clearly communicate product value, mission fit, and differentiators.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with business development, engineering, product/program teams, leadership, HR, and corporate stakeholders to gather content and develop marketing deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects, revisions, deadlines while maintaining high quality, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Support with pre & post tradeshow coordination for both domestic and international events which may require travel.
  • Support additional marketing, communications, and creative projects assigned.

Qualifications
  • At least an Associate's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Animation, Communications, Photography, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative content development, graphic design, multimedia production, or integrated marketing support.
  • Strong professional background in graphic design and digital creative production.
  • Demonstrated experience creating motion graphics, animations, short-form video assets, photography, or multimedia content for marketing use.
  • Strong portfolio showing work across digital campaigns, web graphics, social media assets, presentations, brand content, photography, and motion/animation work.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom or equivalent photo editing tools.
  • Experience creating content and assets for website, social media, email, campaigns, and event marketing.
  • Photography experience, including the ability to capture and edit professional-quality images for marketing, events, products, and employee storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects from concept through final delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, government contracting, industrial technology, or B2B technical marketing.
  • Experience translating technical or mission-oriented information into effective written and visual communications.
  • Experience supporting product launches, campaigns, tradeshows, and executive presentations.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems, digital publishing workflows, and basic SEO/content optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with discretion, accuracy, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $75,956.00-$98,743.00. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate's qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
