Overview
  • Find creative solutions to project problems based on the brand strategy and the brief. 
  • Collaborate with other team members to understand design requirements and objectives. 
  • Work on video adaptations of TV&Social Media campaigns. 
  • Create digital animations and projects (iMedia, Social Media) and visuals and implements visual concepts for the clients of the agency. 
  • Create image and sales campaigns and looking for modern design solutions. 
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. 
  • Adapt digital campaigns and materials to the design solutions used by the clients of the agency. 
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices. 
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience as a Motion Designer (Video, Digital, iMedia campaigns) or in a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of relevant design projects. 
  • Very good knowledge of Adobe After Effects. 
  • Strong understanding of the rules and the ability to build good compositions and animations. 
  • Knowledge of compositioning in After Effects - rotoscoping, keying, cleaning and mattepainting - will be appreciated. 
  • Experience with photo manipulation and/or illustrations. 
  • Basic knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite Apps (Photoshop, Illustrator) and HTML5. 
  • Knowledge of advertising format specifications in conventional media, video, digital and social media. 
  • Conceptual skills concerning the graphic idea (inventing or co-inventing visual solutions). 
  • Openness in cooperation between the departments, communication skills. 
  • Excellent working time organization, attention to detail and a desire to develop your skills. 
  • Good command of English in speaking and writing. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
