General Responsibilities

  • Coordination and preparation of Mitsui reports/requests
  • Monitor global transfer pricing activity and record adjustments as needed
  • Oversee various tax savings initiatives
  • Participate in the annual financial audit
  • Adhere to the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS), and all policies and procedures related to position assignment.

Knowledge/Skills/ Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable training in Accounting and 4+ years of Finance/Accounting experience.
  • CPA is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong experience in both private and public accounting sectors is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven working knowledge of multinational accounting standards (U.S. GAAP, IFRS, etc.) and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of development and integration of financial information systems utilizing SAP and BPC applications.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify issues and solutions and ensure timely project completion with minimal supervision.

  • Fluent in English.
