What are the typical daily responsibilities of someone working at an animal sanctuary?

Daily responsibilities at an animal sanctuary often include feeding and monitoring animals, cleaning enclosures, observing animal behaviors for signs of illness or distress, and assisting with basic medical care. Staff may also participate in enrichment activities to promote animal well-being and help with sanctuary tours or educational programs.
