Ardmore Animal Hospital is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and inspiring Veterinary Lead Technician to orchestrate the daily operations of our medical floor. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the treatment area, ensuring that patient care is delivered efficiently, safely, and with the highest medical standards.

The Lead Technician blends hands-on clinical expertise with exceptional team leadership. You will be responsible for keeping appointments moving smoothly, driving the training and development of our assistant and technician staff, managing scheduling, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. Key ResponsibilitiesAppointment Flow & Floor Management
  • Direct the daily workflow of the hospital treatment area

Qualifications & Skills
  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT, LVT, or CVT) strongly preferred
  • Highly experienced Veterinary Assistants with demonstrated leadership experience will also be considered
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical veterinary experience
  • At least 1–2 years in a leadership, shift lead, trainer, or supervisory role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Advanced technical proficiency, including anesthesia monitoring, IV catheter placement, emergency triage, and patient nursing care
  • Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred
  • Passion for mentorship, team development, and delivering exceptional patient care
