Alliance Animal Health is a fast-growing network of veterinary practices across the U.S. We support more than 260 hospitals with business solutions like hiring, marketing, HR, finance, and operations, so our doctors and staff can focus on what they do best: providing exceptional care for pets.
Our Core Values are built around PETS: Passion, Engagement, Trust, and Service. We believe in protecting the medical autonomy of our doctors and the unique culture of every hospital, while giving their teams the tools they need to thrive.
At Alliance, you'll find a culture of open communication, collaboration, and innovation. You'll have the chance to make an impact at scale, while being part of a team that truly exists to serve our practices.
If you're excited to use your skills to improve the health and happiness of pets nationwide, we'd love to talk with you.
Job Description
  • Directly responsible for performance on 30+ practices across our clinic partner network
  • Ensuring the regular and seamless onboarding of practices onto paid media
  • Measuring and optimizing campaigns to beat internal KPI benchmarks and program goals
  • Implementing and configuring conversion tracking and attribution across multiple conversion paths for single and multi-location practices
  • Providing insights & feedback on all stages of our paid media funnels to relevant stakeholders
  • Contributing to our A/B testing pipeline to brainstorm and help implement a robust testing strategy to ensure we're maximizing campaign performance
  • Brainstorming new and innovative ways to target our clinics' most valuable clients to drive incremental lead & client volume
  • Regularly analyzing campaign performance, identifying potential trends as they occur, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to encourage positive trends while course-correcting negative trends

  • Collecting lead quality feedback from cross-functional stakeholders and distilling into an actionable plan to improve performance
  • Working closely with our data & analytics team to validate campaign performance data
  • Preparing weekly / monthly reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Grow to understand macro and micro search demand, seasonality, and business trends, then develop campaigns / strategies to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with our regional marketing and operations teams to better understand each practice's individual needs, and how to leverage paid media to support them

Qualifications
  • Sharp attention to detail: Highly analytical and detail oriented, able to identify trends as they're unfolding and spot a needle in a haystack at a glance.
  • Problem solver: When performance looks off, you aren't satisfied with surface level answers. You want to know the "why" behind it and will dig into the data to find the insights you need to satisfy your curiosity.
  • Highly experienced in Google Ads: 3-5 years of hands-on experience directly managing search, Pmax, LSA, and demand gen campaigns while successfully reaching pre-defined performance targets (CPL & CAC).
  • Comfortable working at scale: Successfully managed 30+ accounts while achieving campaign / growth goals. Agency and/or multi-unit experience is preferred.
  • Subject matter expert: Deep understanding of metrics like avg CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, and the levers you need to pull to impact CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Multi-channel specialist: You also have hands-on experience with additional paid channels like Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads, and are comfortable leading performance management across channels.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
