Job Summary
Animal Care Technicians
The animal Care Tech I (Custodian) is responsible for daily custodial maintenance of all OCM Facilities and applicable washroom duties to provide an environment in accordance with state and federal regulations. This position reports to the area Manager/Supervisor.

The department may choose to hire at any of the below job levels and associated pay rates based on their business need and budget.
Responsibilities
1. Complete assigned custodial tasks in order to maintain a high level of sanitation throughout the OCM Facilities
2. Disinfect and sanitize offices, floors, restroom, hallways and walls
3. Provide laundry service for the OCM Facilities
4. Report maintenance deficiencies to the maintenance department
5. Perform documentation of duties
6. Conduct Monthly Pest Control duties
Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
Animal Care Technician, I: Requires little to no related experience.
Animal Care Technician, II: Requires at least 1 year of related experience.
