Job description

House of Schwan is the leading Anheuser-Busch distributor for Sedgwick County, KS, and a proud supplier of local and craft beers throughout southeast and south central Kansas. With a diverse portfolio of top-quality, best-selling products, House of Schwan is committed to excellence in service and brand representation. As a Service Delivery Representative with a Class A CDL, you will play a vital role in delivering beer and non-beer products to retail accounts, ensuring product quality, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work with a respected market leader and be part of a dedicated team that values professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Safely deliver beer and non-beer orders to retail accounts in Wichita, KS, and surrounding cities
  • Rotate products and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain freshness and quality
  • Build, merchandise, and refresh displays according to company standards
  • Stock, pull-up, and face coolers and shelves at each account
  • Pick up breakage and out-of-code products as needed
  • Install permanent, temporary, and custom point-of-sale materials as requested
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck and complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
  • Attend all required training sessions and meetings
  • Ensure compliance with all beverage laws and Anheuser-Busch quality control standards
  • Provide courteous, professional service to all customers and represent the company in a positive manner
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Team Supervisor
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Kansas driver’s license
  • Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and physical ability test
  • Ability to perform heavy physical work, including lifting up to 170 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 340 pounds
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
