Flourish Minds Counseling Center is excited to announce an opening for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), dedicated to providing comprehensive support services for children and families in need. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of young children with developmental delays or disabilities through our specialist Children's Services program.

This position is designed to be operated remotely, connecting LCSWs with the families and children they serve through virtual platforms. The position involves several essential functions, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs and abilities of children.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each plan is tailored to the unique needs of the child and family.
• Regularly monitoring outcomes and adjusting interventions as necessary to promote each child’s growth and development.
• Providing essential support and guidance to families to enhance their child’s development, offering them resources and strategies rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Establishing strong rapport with children, families, and team members to foster a supportive and effective learning environment.
• Utilizing natural learning environment practices, coaching models, and other developmental methodologies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality for those we serve.

Your primary focus will be working with children in the early intervention spectrum, specifically targeting infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will aid in the cultivation of skills critical for their current and future development—spanning physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas. Your expertise will be instrumental in equipping families with the knowledge and tools needed to support their child’s unique journey.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Active Licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A valid driver's license is also required.
• Experience with early intervention practices: at least one year working with young children within this framework.
• A demonstrated commitment to employing Natural Learning Environment Practices in your work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, alongside an ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience engaging with families in a therapeutic and supportive capacity.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a strong theoretical foundation in social work methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing effectively to holistic care plans.
