Angel Healthcare Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements to accommodate both your schedule and the needs of our clients. Our clinic utilizes a collaborative approach to client care, ensuring that all team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, work together seamlessly to provide comprehensive support. You will utilize modern telehealth technologies to connect with clients and facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring that care remains accessible regardless of physical location.

Your role as an LCSW will include a variety of responsibilities critical to the treatment process:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, evaluating clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resource networks to inform treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that include client-specific goals and therapeutic interventions, regularly updating them based on client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated patient care, actively participating in treatment team meetings.
• Deliver crisis intervention and perform risk assessments as necessary, offering safety planning to clients in distress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance client understanding and support community-building.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including adult and adolescent individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in creating personalized treatment experiences, fostering a trusting relationship with clients and their support systems. By promoting resilience and healing, you will contribute significantly to the well-being of those at our detox center, addressing both immediate needs and long-term mental health goals.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of practice in a mental health or outpatient treatment setting.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and approaches to mental health care.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and comprehensive assessment skills.

We value additional experiences that enhance your contributions, such as familiarity with trauma-informed care principles, experience in crisis intervention strategies, and proficiency in various therapeutic modalities. Candidates with certifications in specialized areas of therapy will be given preference.
