USAP - Florida is an Orlando based practice consisting of almost 100 anesthesiologists and over 200 CRNAs. We serve atAdventHealth Hospital (https://www.adventhealth.com/video-visits) locations throughout Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Apopka, and East Orlando.

Job Highlights

We are proudly committed to being AdventHealth’s exclusive anesthesia provider throughout Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, and East Orlando. Join a large, well-established, multispecialty anesthesia group in Orlando, Florida! We are seeking a board-certified anesthesiologist. For those interested, there is also an opportunity to take on transplant call for additional compensation. Position Highlights: • Compensation: $450,000 base salary ($475,000 for specialists) with a $50,000 sign-on bonus tied to a 2 year commitment, and $300/hr giveback incentive for giving back days off!

• Schedule: 26 weeks on, 26 weeks off (any holidays during your assigned week are worked unless traded) • CME Allowance: $2,500 • Relocation Allowance: $10,000 AdventHealth is one of the largest non-profit hospital systems in the nation, as well as one of the largest employers in the Orlando area with over 12,000 employees. We are also entrusted with a growing number of outpatient surgical facilities. This growth has furthered our need for skilled providers, a situation which will extend into the foreseeable future. We provide a breadth of clinical experience and sub-specialty anesthesia care from bread and butter to complex cardiothoracic and transplant procedures, cutting-edge neurosurgery, complex pediatric cases, premier orthopedic care for fractures, sports medicine and joint replacement, and over 8,000 annual labor and delivery procedures
