ResponsibilitiesSupports the anesthesia department by the preparation and set up of appropriate equipment and supplies for each anesthetizing location, routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, maintaining a clean environment and maintaining supply levels. Performs various technical duties involved in handling and delivering pharmaceuticals under the supervision of a pharmacist.
QualificationsREQUIRED
- One or more years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician.
- Must hold American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia
- Visual color acuity screening depending on the role in specific units.
