Contract (13 Weeks) | 4x10 Days/Evenings Variable | Sunday through Wednesday | Onsite | Weekend shifts required

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of MRI procedures including Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, CINE, Diffusion, Gradient Echo Imaging, MIP, MRP, Spectroscopy, Spin Echo Images, and T-1/T-2 Weighted Images
  • Operate Siemens 1.5T and 3T MRI scanners to conduct neurological, body, MSK, and dynamic studies?
  • Prioritize and maintain MRI safety protocols at all times across a diverse patient population including neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
  • Collaborate with Anesthesia, ICU, and outpatient departments while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Communicate effectively with patients of all ages and their family members throughout the imaging process
  • Utilize PACS and administer contrast as required per study protocol
Required Qualifications
  • Active Washington State MRI/Radiology license (candidates actively in the licensure process will be considered)
  • ARRT certification and ARRT Advanced Certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
  • Inpatient work setting experience required
  • Proficiency with PACS and contrast administration
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience in outpatient, emergency room, or pediatric specialty settings including NICU or PICU
  • Prior experience in a children's hospital environment
  • Epic EMR experience is a plus
