Position Overview:
A growing private anesthesia practice in the Appleton, Wisconsin area is seeking a skilled Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join their team. This opportunity offers a competitive guaranteed base salary ranging from $220,000 to $235,000 annually, with the added benefit of no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts. The position allows for a flexible work schedule, where you can choose between working five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week, helping to support a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, enjoy 6 to 8 weeks of paid time off (PTO) along with paid holidays.
