Job Title

Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call" time worked. BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 40hr positions: 2 positions 2-12hr (7p-7a) & 2-8hr (11p-7a). In the float pool that would float cross campus so between units and over to AGH on S1. 373 bed hospital. Community Hospital setting. 3 years of experience required, along with EPIC experience, BLS-AHA. CNA license preferred. Ratios: 5:1 for day and eve; 6:1 for night shift- CA ratio 8-10 depending upon shift. Can float to Addison Gilbert Hospital and to other inpatient hospitals within the unit. Scheduling: Self scheduling using W2w - adjustments before schedule is posted to ensure a balanced schedule. Holidays required as needed. Patient Pop: post op, ortho, adult, geriatric. Special Equipment: Safe patient handling. Unit Specific Procedures & Protocols: post operative care, mobility. Additional Unit Specific Information: fast paced- multiple admissions from PACU area, orthopedic mobility expectations, freq vital signs. LOCALS ACCEPTED at a decreased rate. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months, and in good standing, to be considered (travel, perm, per diem). Will be expected to float to AGH to Steele 1 as needed.
