Job description

Loma Linda University Health (LLUH) is seeking a full-time, academic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) physician to serve as Director of the Center for Fertility and lead the program’s next chapter. Following a brief clinical pause after the departure of our prior REI physician in July 2025, the Center is poised for a fresh start—with remodeled spaces, updated equipment, and optimized and audited tissue storage systems already in place. This is a rare opportunity for an REI leader to relaunch and shape a well-established program (30+ years) with meaningful autonomy and strong institutional support.

The Director will build and grow a comprehensive REI clinical practice in close partnership with an experienced team that includes embryology, andrology, lab assistants, nurses, and dedicated administrative staff. Working collaboratively with the embryologist, department chair, and administrator, the Director will help develop streamlined, high-reliability operations while setting the vision for patient-centered, high-quality fertility care.

This role includes a teaching faculty appointment in the LLU School of Medicine, with opportunities to mentor residents and develop REI research, leveraging a robust academic department that includes 37 residents and 3 fellows and a multidisciplinary group of OB/GYN generalists, GYN/ONC, MFM, and URO/GYN physicians. LLUH is a faith-based academic medical center committed to whole-person care, medical innovation, and education for over 100 years.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to restart, rebuild, and lead—with the resources of an academic medical center and the freedom to design a program aligned with your vision—LLUH welcomes your interest.
