Key job responsibilities
The Prime Video Mobile organization is seeking an engineering leader that will help in building an Android product that will delight customers worldwide. You will lead a team of Software Engineers that will build a personalized Prime Video experience for millions of customers on their most frequently accessed digital screen. Working with other engineering teams and your stakeholders, you will own the roadmap, vision and strategy to enable customers to have a responsive, delightful and intuitive experiences, whenever they interact with Prime Video

You will provide your organization with coaching in design, development, testing, and operations as you design, build and launch new features and experiences.
In this role, you will routinely work with Product Managers, UX Designers, Technical Program Managers, Software Engineers and Software Managers from other teams.

The Prime Video Mobile Android team is responsible for the Prime Video app on Android phones/tablets and Amazon Fire tablets. We own a mature product that serves millions of customers, and for many is the primary way that interact with Prime Video.
This team is fully based in Seattle, and comprises a mix of newer and more experienced members. As much as working hard, you will also have fun as part of the Android team, welcomed by regular team outings and activities like video game tournaments, laser tag, whirlyball and happy hours
