Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Manager to lead our engineering operations for mobile and backend development. This onsite role involves overseeing delivery, supporting team growth, and ensuring high-quality technical execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, API architecture, and Agile practices, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sprint planning, release cycles, and project execution using tools like Jira and GitLab.
Promote engineering best practices, improve team velocity, and enhance delivery predictability across mobile and backend teams.
Oversee team performance, support career development, allocate headcount effectively, and lead technical hiring efforts.
Advocate for the use of AI-assisted development tools to enhance developer productivity and overall experience.
