Technical Expertiseย 

12+ years of total experience in mobile app development with at least 8+ years in Android (Kotlin/Java).ย 

Proven experience leading Android teams in Agile/Scrum setups.ย 

Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, Room, Hilt/Dagger, and Retrofit/OkHttp.ย 

Hands-on experience with modular app architectures, dependency injection, and multi-module projects.ย 

Experience with offline caching, pagination, deep links, and push notifications.ย 

Integration & Toolingย 

Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC endpoints.ย 

Strong knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, GitHub).ย 

Familiarity with Firebase, Google Play Services, and payment SDKs.ย 

Exposure to analytics tools like Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or App Center.ย 

Leadership & Communicationย 

Experience leading distributed teams and collaborating with iOS, QA, and backend teams.ย 

Strong ownership mindset, proactive in identifying risks and driving resolution.ย
