Job Title: Senior Android Developer (Kotlin)

Location: Remote
Employment Type: 6+ Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer with strong Kotlin expertise to develop and maintain high-quality native Android applications. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering applications to the Google Play Store.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Build scalable, reliable, and high-performing mobile applications.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Optimize application performance and resolve bugs.
  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
  • Follow Android development best practices and stay updated with the latest Android technologies.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Android application development.
  • Strong experience with Kotlin.
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose and XML layouts.
