Overview
No immediate vacancy, but we are always on the lookout for talented students to join our Aviation engineering team.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
This position focuses on aviation and airfield infrastructure projects, providing real-world experience alongside licensed professionals. Under the guidance of Professional Engineers, the intern will support all phases of airport design and construction, from planning and analysis to on-site fieldwork.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of airfield design documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Perform engineering calculations, design analyses, and prepare technical reports under the supervision of a Professional Engineer.
  • Contribute to the preparation of construction documents, cost estimates, and FAA-compliant designs.
  • Participate in field visits and inspections to observe ongoing construction and verify quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Support planning and preliminary design efforts for runway, taxiway, and various other airport infrastructure projects.
  • Analyze data, apply standard engineering techniques, and identify discrepancies in results.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation in compliance with FAA and municipal standards.
  • Engage in quality control efforts and assist in resolving technical issues during design or construction phases.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and field staff.
  • Ability to participate in multiple site visits and interact with clients and contractors.

Salary Range: USD $20.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
