• Designing and developing advanced applications for Android platforms
• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Bug fixing and improving application performance
• Ability to provide technical leadership to a mid-sized software team
• Knowledge and ability to implement software best practices
• Experience with modern software development processes (e.g. agile)
• Works well individually or in a group setting
• Ability to effectively work under pressure and time constraints
• Ability to self-motivate and derive specific requirements from general tasking descriptions
• Ability to assimilate and apply new job-related information in a timely manner
Qualifications
• A Master's degree and three (3) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree,
• A Master's degree and five (5) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree, or
• A Doctoral degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Relevant Experience in Android application development
• 5 years industry experience
• 2 years in a technical leadership position
