Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Mobile-Android Development. The role involves developing Android applications using Kotlin or Java, participating in requirements gathering, and ensuring adherence to best practices in mobile app development.
Responsibilities:
• Active participation in requirements gathering and analysis
• Proficiency in multithreading, Grand Central Dispatch (GCD), and mobile memory management
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play submission processes
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to integrate external services via APIs
• Proficiency in writing unit tests and other test cases
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines for mobile apps
• Experience with analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
