Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Clinic (FQHC)
Location: Near Anderson, Indiana
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

A large, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) near Anderson, Indiana is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated outpatient care team. This is an excellent opportunity to serve a diverse patient population while enjoying a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.

Position Highlights
  • Outpatient clinic setting, Monday–Friday (no nights or weekends)

  • Minimum 1 year of NP/PA experience required
