The 'And' may refer to a specific type of machine or process, or sometimes is a shorthand for 'Assembly and Operator.' These operators ensure that machines run smoothly, perform routine checks, and handle minor troubleshooting. They may also be responsible for maintaining quality standards and reporting any issues to supervisors. The role requires attention to detail and a good understanding of safety protocols.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an and operator, and why are they important?
