Position Summary
A growing supply chain and distribution company is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations while providing administrative assistance to our HR and Accounting teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support for office operations
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and company records
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and reporting
  • Support HR with onboarding paperwork, employee files, and scheduling
  • Assist with benefits administration and maintaining personnel records
  • Support Accounting with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable data entry, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting HR and/or Accounting functions preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with ERP, HRIS, or accounting software is a plus
