Job description

This Analyst, Brand Analytics - Arby's position is critical to understanding brand business performancein order tohelp develop strategies and recommendations to inform future brand direction. The expectation is that this individual willreport oninformation critical to business insights and decision-making. The Analyst on the BrandAnalyticsteam will be a key resource for the brand in answering business questions efficiently and effectively for allcross functionalpartners.

*This position is required onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday- Thursday

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Insight Generation- Generate insights that improve the business through linking various data sources (e.g., sales, competitor, market, customer, etc.)

  • Business Analysis- Analyze brand performance and sales trends, including promotional and test analyses

  • KPI Reporting- Create andmaintainreports that assess ongoing business performance, leading indicators, and explanatory factors

  • Ad Hoc Reporting- Develop,executeand deliver reports based on brand business requirements for various stakeholders across the organization

  • Brand Performance- Analyze andmonitorkey metrics across brand health, product performance, and guest experience toassistin analyzing, understanding, and recapping the impact of overall business performance and/or promotional marketing programs

  • Strategy Consulting- Provide guidance and strategic recommendations on promotional marketing initiatives across all levels of the organization,utilizingboth quantitative and qualitative measures; present strategic recommendations based on sound financial analysis to large and small audiences across all levels of the organization

  • Relationship Management- Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders and partners while collaborating effectively across the organization to achieve objectives

  • Project Management - Ensure that all medium/long term projects are implemented on time and achieve business goals andobjectives

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

4 yr degree preferably in Business Management, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or other relevant discipline

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum: 1+yearofrelevantexperiencein relevant field

  • Preferred:Master's Degree preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSor ABILITIES

  • Results driven with the ability to perform successfully with limited supervision

  • Have the ability tocompile sound business recommendations

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to research, reconcile, and arrive at conclusions

  • Time management skillsin order toprioritize and manage deadlines

  • Comfort working in the fast-paced QSR segment with the ability to turn around deliverables for senior management with shoretimeframes

  • Proactive, team player but also able to work independently

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and effective collaborator committed to getting the job done

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, withexpertisein Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.)

  • Relational databaseproficiencywith SQL experience

  • Power BI experience is a plus
